• An automated utility that conducts 24/7 checks for both the connectivity and functionality of each content source or target system connection

• A mechanism for customers and partners to report into our Source Factory, when necessary

• An automated build and test facility which handles the final production of the Source Package and its transfer to the Source Library, making it available for users

• A mechanism for downloading and installing updated Source Packages
