MuseGlobal, Inc. Names Jed Gilmore VP Customer Solutions; Gabriel Dumbrava Appointed as Technical Support Manager
Technical Support Expands to Accommodate Growing Customer BaseJune 01, 2005 SALT LAKE CITY, UT — June 01, 2005 — MuseGlobal Inc. , the metasearch technology firm, has announced several staff changes and an expansion of its Technical Support Department. This continued company growth is in response to increasing demand for MuseGlobal’s metasearch software and suite of powerful search, analysis, integration and management tools. As part of this re-engineering, MuseGlobal will also be setting up additional support services for its partners, including a new support website, FAQ and Knowledge Base, and training materials.
Peter Noerr, MuseGlobal’s Chief Technical Officer and co-founder, helped engineer the new Technical Support Department. “We wanted to smooth the work for everyone involved, from the back room programmers to our customer’s administrators,” Noerr related. “These departmental changes will solidify a vital part of our structure.” The MuseGlobal Group now has 52 staff across offices in Boston, Craiova, London, San Diego and its headquarters in Salt Lake City.
