MuseGlobal Realigns Management Roles.
Emphasis on selling through partners drives changes.January 9, 2004 SALT LAKE CITY, UT - January 9, 2004 - MuseGlobal has announced changes in management responsibilities for several key executives. These changes support MuseGlobal's partner-centric business strategy and formalize evolving roles in the company. Senior Vice President of Business Development Kristina Bivins will assume the additional title of Chief Operating Officer as she adds direction of day-to-day company operations to her existing partnership development role. With key business processes supporting partnership activity, Ms. Bivins will manage all aspects of activity that drive the mutual success of MuseGlobal and its partners in the marketplace. Jeff Hammond has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Product Management and Implementation Services. The new implementation role recognizes the need partners have expressed for additional integration assistance as they sell more and more unbundled components of MuseGlobal technology. Vice President of Sales Jed Gilmore will increasingly focus on account management and sales support for strategic partners. As metasearch technologies become a more critical component of major projects, the specialized nature of this product area requires joint sales effort between MuseGlobal and its partners. Mr. Gilmore continues to work closely in this role with Graeme Wilson, the Director of MuseGlobal's Partner Program. In this role, Mr. Wilson establishes business processes and directs the ongoing support of technology and distribution partners.
