Kate NoerrFounder, Chairman & CEO
Ms. Noerr has extensive experience in the library and information industries, as well as broad business experience in bringing new technology products to market. Ms. Noerr has taught in the library schools of the University of Maryland and University of California Los Angeles, has run a European information network and was co-founder of the library automation company, IME Group, maker of TINLIB and The Information Navigator products. Based in London, IME became a global library automation leader with over 5,000 customer installations in Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia, & Australia. After the sale of IME to Dawsons Group in 1996, Ms. Noerr spent some time as a consultant before co-founding MuseGlobal, Inc. in 2001. Ms. Noerr is co-founder of MuseGlobal, Inc. and serves as the company's Chairman & CEO.

Dr. Peter NoerrFounder & Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Noerr's background is in information retrieval, where his extensive design and development experience has culminated in the creation of successful information technology product lines. Dr. Noerr was educated in South Africa and the UK, completing a Doctorate in Information Science from The City University, London. He spent six years working for the British Library as Head of Systems Development. In 1980 he left the Library to co-found IME Ltd. Dr. Noerr designed and produced the Tinman/Information Navigator line of library automation software for the company, selling over 3,000 systems throughout the world by the time the company was sold in 1996. Since then, Dr. Noerr has consulted for a variety of organizations on information management and retrieval. Dr. Noerr has authored many articles and publications and is frequently invited to speak at international conferences. Dr. Noerr is co-founder of MuseGlobal, Inc. and chief architect of the Muse product line. Dr. Noerr currently serves as Chief Technology Officer of MuseGlobal, Inc.

Kristina BivinsPresident
Ms. Bivins' background in the information industry spans over 15 years, where her concentration has been in business development and management for library and information technology companies. Ms. Bivins has held various business management positions for library software companies, where her responsibilities have centered on establishing and expanding new markets and global operations. Ms. Bivins has lived and worked in the US, Europe and Asia and joined MuseGlobal's senior management team after spending 7 years in Singapore running Asia-Pacific operations for several library software companies. Ms. Bivins served most recently as MuseGlobal's Chief Operating Officer where she directed all day-to-day company operations. Ms. Bivins currently serves as President of MuseGlobal, Inc.

Jed GilmoreSenior Vice President, Operations
Mr. Gilmore began his career with Dynix, serving progressively responsible sales and customer operations positions, notably as Vice President of US Sales. Mr. Gilmore has extensive sales and customer operations experience, and has been active in the library and information industries for over fifteen years, having earned a Masters Degree from the University of Utah. Mr. Gilmore joined MuseGlobal to manage all sales in the library, education and publishing marketplaces, and served most recently as Vice President, Customer Solutions, overseeing all aspects of customer and partners operations. Mr. Gilmore currently serves as Senior Vice President, Operations for MuseGlobal, Inc.

Liz FinlaysonVice President, Product Development
Ms. Finlayson holds Masters Degrees in both library and computer science. She has worked both as a librarian and for library automation vendors, having broad experience in the development of library and information management technology. Ms. Finlayson joined Dr. Peter Noerr's product development team at IME's London headquarters, where she served for eight years as the company's Development Manager and Director of Product Development. Ms. Finlayson later joined Ameritech Library Services (now Dynix) as Director of International Product Development. Ms. Finlayson serves as MuseGlobal, Inc.'s Vice President of Product Development.

Graeme WilsonVice President, Partner Program
Mr. Wilson has an MSc. in Information Management from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland. He joined IME Limited in London and was the IME Distributor Manager for Europe and Africa, later transferring to Singapore to build the company's Southeast Asia headquarters. Mr. Wilson then moved to EOS International in Carlsbad, California to serve first as Proposals Manager, then as Implementation Manager. Mr. Wilson currently serves as Vice President of the MuseGlobal Partner Program, where he was responsible for ensuring successful commercial and non-commercial partner relationships.

Mihai PopaGeneral Manager, MuseGlobal SA
Mihai Popa holds Masters Degrees in computer science and engineering, and has an extensive background in programming, undertaking a Doctorate in Computing Science from The Department of Software Engineering, School of Automation, Computers and Electronics, University of Craiova. Mr. Popa worked with Dr. Peter Noerr as a senior programmer at IME for over three years. Mr. Popa has continued as part of Dr. Noerr's programming team in the development of the Muse product. Mr. Popa is General Manager for MuseGlobal SA, and head of the Muse programming team.
